MTC group cycles open only to those with current Triathlon Ireland (TI)
membership. Those not holding TI membership are asked not to show up as this
may invalidate the insurance protection of the entire group.

Every cyclist must be satisfied in so far as possible that their current health and
level of fitness will enable them to complete the cycle.  Every cyclist should bring
sufficient food, drink or money for refreshments.  It is recommended that cyclists
bring their mobile phone. All cyclists must wear a cycling helmet while out on
club spins.  In the event that a cyclist arrives at the meeting point without a
helmet they will be told that they cannot participate in the club spin.
